Project overview:

The property is situated in an industrial-commercial zone and can be reached easily. One part of the building is the Hungarian office center of the international company, the other part has plant function.

Results achieved:

Before moving into the building the whole office-block has been cleaned. It was necessary to totally review the building's engineering, then get the authorization after making up the shortages. After building up the office areas as built-to-suit the company moved into the property. During the facility management we analyze the costs continuously and try to optimize them based on the results.
