Project Overview:

The 3-floor office-building was built in the 1990's. It is situated in a green area surrounded by calm family house zone close to the city centre of Székesfehérvár. In the office-building there are standard offices, meeting/conference rooms and service rooms on each floor. Own inner parking place and relaxing garden also belong to the office-building.

Results Achieved:

We have been handling the facility management and the exclusive rental service of the office-building since 2006. We always made an effort to let the building in total or per floor. The office-building has been modernized and built-to-suit. Currently it is 100 % full with tenants.
