Cordia Park Residence, Futureal Group’s Hungarian residential building in the Corvin Promenade, has received a CIJ Award from Construction & Investment Journal, which covers commercial real estate breaking news and current headlines from the CEE, SEE, Europe, U.K. and U.S., according to a press statement sent to the Budapest Business Journal today.
The international jury acknowledged the building’s unique architectural solutions, such as its green presence in the heart of downtown Budapest, the press statement claims, adding that as far as energy efficiency is concerned, the building performs better than required by regulations. The building has 227 apartments, all having their own balcony.
“We are proud that the latest development in Corvin Sétány (promenade) has been awarded with a prestigious international accolade,” said Cordia CEO Tibor Földi. “The development has also been a success among buyers, as the building which will be delivered at the beginning of next year has been entirely sold out,” he added.
