Our 46-hectare industrial and logistics centre is located in the industrial zone of the eastern agglomeration of Budapest, in Maglód. The megapark is located close to the M0 ring road, the M4 and M5 motorways and Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
In September 2022, the first phase of our 46,000 square metre MG1 Big Box hall was completed, which was the first logistics and industrial building in Hungary to achieve the BREEAM New Construction Certificate Excellent level. The building was 100% occupied in just a few months.
The next phase of our development, MG3, also 46,000 sqm, will be ready for occupancy in January 2023. The building is unique in that it is the first of our warehouses to have been built to the highest Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category.
The industrial and logistics centre to be built on the site will house more than 200,000 square metres of warehouses, also meeting the BREEAM New Construction sustainability standard, the smallest of which will be 24,000 square metres and the largest up to 46,000 square metres.
The modern facilities will be complemented by recreational and community services in a liveable, people-oriented logistics park.
