The price of the plot is EUR 100/m2, with a minimum purchase of 3 ha, which can be further divided into 5,000 m2 plots. For smaller areas, the price is EUR 110-115/m2, depending on the size.
The development of Limitless Park is based on a green park concept.
As many solar panels as possible on the roofs of buildings and in parking lots, so that the park is as energy independent as possible and the energy needed to charge electric cars is also generated by solar panels. We developed a heat pump solution for heating/cooling and prepared the energy plans. We have designed plant islands for the non-glass facades of the buildings facing the garden, and a green roof for the office section, both of which contribute to a more pleasant climate and thermal insulation inside the building. We would reuse rainwater for irrigation, use a drilled well for toilet flushing, and treat wastewater locally in an ecological manner, as we do not anticipate industrial wastewater and do not want any environmentally polluting activities in the park. The fire water network would be connected to the mains water supply, and sewer capacity would also be available by the time the buildings are completed, but this may not be necessary as the concept is to treat wastewater locally.
Location:
The properties are located next to the intersection of the M1 and M0 motorways and Main Road No. 1, in the vicinity of Premier Outlet, Vendel Park, and BITEP Industrial Park, in the industrial area of Biatorbágy. The area is visible from the M1 and M0 motorways.

In phase I, approx. 15,000 m2, in phase II (the area currently has a cadastral number of 13.3 hectares) approx. 50,000 m2 of buildings can be constructed.
The properties are currently located in an inner-city area with 30-40% buildability and a building height of 12.5 meters.
The plots are currently accessible from Budaörsi Street, which will later be connected to Budai Road (currently under construction), creating a direct link to the Vendel Industrial Park.
Utilities: - electricity and gas in front of the plot - plans for the water and fire water network have been completed and approved with the required capacity. In the meantime, the water backbone network has been built, with a capacity of 335 m3 /day in the park.
