HelloParks Alsónémedi, located on an area of 135 000 square metres, is the latest real estate investment of HelloParks. The building, which is being developed in the southern submarket of Budapest, is located in a popular commercial area close to the junction of the M0 and M5 motorways and the BILK container terminal. The development will bring HelloParks' industrial real estate to another key location after Fót, Maglód and Páty, giving the company full coverage of the capital's surroundings from all directions.
Construction of a 60,000 square metre big box hall on the Alsónémed site will start soon and will be the company's largest building to date. Environmental protection and energy efficiency will be a priority in HelloParks' investments, and like the other developments already underway, the AN1 hall will be built to the highest BREEAM New Construction category Outstanding rating and will meet EU Taxonomy requirements. Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
