Presentation and location
In the vicinity of the ALBA ARÉNA in Székesfehérvár, a new public building of great importance, a hotel and a two-building commercial complex "Alba Mall" will be built, with a purpose and architectural design worthy of it and complementary to it.
The commercial project has a valid and effective building permit, which includes a waiver from the plaza ban. The project is currently under construction, with completion scheduled for early Q4 2025.
The site is designed to a high architectural standard and will accommodate commercial units on a floor area of approximately 7650m2, in an airy, landscaped environment with a number of parking spaces exceeding the legal minimum.
The project, which has been strongly supported by the local city council, has unique parameters and is available for long-term cooperation.
