Location:
The Jánosmajor Industrial Park property can be accessed from Budapest via the M7 motorway on the 62 main road. Main road 8, which runs through the city, and the ring road bypassing the city are located 5 km from the property, making its location extremely advantageous from both a regional and urban perspective. The M6 motorway and the renovated and widened main road 62 towards Dunaújváros run alongside the park. The park has been designated an industrial park by the ministry.

The park is equipped with public lighting. The buildings for sale are accessible via a paved road 150 m from the park entrance, with a grassy green area between the buildings.

The land under the buildings is flat and regular in shape.

The land area belongs to the property, and each building has perpetual land use rights, which are included in the purchase agreement and will be registered at the time of sale.
