HelloParks Páty is located on 108 hectares of land in the western part of Budapest, along the M1 motorway, just 6 km from the M0 and 10 km from the M7 motorway junction. This makes the park attractive for both national and international transport. A total of 354,000 square metres of warehouse and industrial space can be developed on the site.
The first phase of the megapark is already under construction, a 58,000 square metre Big Box hall, which will be the largest single modern industrial facility in the Budapest catchment area. The PT1 building will be built to the highest Outstanding rating in the New Construction category of the BREEAM sustainability standard. The warehouse is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
In addition to the other planned modern facilities, each with a floor area of between 16 and 62 thousand square metres, the livable, people-oriented logistics park will also include recreational and community facilities.
